Our plumber Jonathan was great! He showed up, asked questions, investigated, found our issue. He resolved it and did not leave until he was certain everything was running smoothly and with no issues. He is professional, friendly, and honest. We use F1 Plumbing every time we need a plumber and/or have a plumbing issue. Great experience. I broke the stem on a hot water valve trying to remove a 15year old hose while installing my new washer. Then realized the hot water heater valve would not fully close either. Called F1, sent a few photos and within an hour on they where on site to repair. While on site had them replace a few other old valves and install new shut off ball valves. Very fair price. Looking forward to referring them in the future as a commerical and residential architect.

Korbin and his coworker did an excellent and thorough job of cleaning our septic tank. Korbin patiently explained recommendations for future preventative care and provided video of connecting pipe conditions and provided information on the actual workings of various plumbing components. I felt confident in the services they provided and will easily contact them in the future. Thank you to them for their great service.

If there were 10 Stars that’s what I would give F1 Plumbing! Mr. Camejo came in and did an excellent job installing our new vessel sink and drain. He picked up, cleaned up, and left our bathroom BETTER than he found it. He went the extra mile. Excellent plumber, excellent work, excellent customer service! We are extremely happy.

Korbin is amazing! Not only does he explain everything, in detail, he is so professional and efficient. I called F1 last night and left a message, and by 10:30 in the morning, today, Korbin was there doing the maintenance necessary.

It was 10 pm on a Friday night and we had finally put our newborn to bed when we realized our bedroom floor was wet. We noticed it was coming from our bathroom sink and it was somewhat of a large leak. My husband decided to try to fix it but it only made things worse. At this point, I was already thinking of our evacuation plan and how I’m going to let the downstairs neighbors know.

I frantically called my family and my sister recommended F1 Plumbing. I called them hysterical and was told to text my address and they were here within 15 minutes! Andres and Corbin were quick to identify the problem and fix it. Customer service was amazing and I will definitely be using them for any plumbing emergency I have! 10/10 recommend
